The England left-back, Luke Shaw, has unsealed the score in the first 2 minutes to break a record by becoming the first player who scored the quickest goal in the Euro Final.

The Italian defender, Leonardo Bonucci, scored an equalizing goal that came through a corner kick in the 67 minutes. While England has never won the Euro final, on the other side, Italy has lifted it for a second time since 1968.

England coach, Gareth Southgate, said this final was the biggest test for England. "Without doubt, they deserve to be in the finale. They've beaten two top teams to get there, Spain and Belgium. So, it a beggest test that we have, but we'll recover from it now, and of course, it was a wonderful opportunity to take them on."

The Italian center forward, Jorginho, said he dedicated himself to make his family and friends proud.

"It's hard to find words to explain. I'm so grateful because it has been a long way. I was always trying to follow my dream to make my family and friends proud. I will never give up. I had some difficult moments. So, all these feelings and titles are for them as well." Jorginho said.
